Common questions

How do I cancel or change my AssetFit Plus subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AssetFit. On Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AssetFit. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for.

What happens to my records if my subscription ends?

Nothing is deleted. Your home record, jobs, documents and photos stay yours and stay visible. Plus-only features stop until you subscribe again.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: request a refund from your Google Play order history. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected.

I bought Plus on another phone. How do I get it back?

Sign in to the same AssetFit account, then use Restore purchases in the app's Plus settings.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. You can create PDF reports in the app, and Plus members can export their records. You can also email us to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account & security → Delete account. This deletes your account and your home records. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll help.

Is AssetFit available in Australia?

Yes. AssetFit launches in New Zealand and Australia at the same time, with maintenance guidance for each country.

Is AssetFit a building inspection or a valuation?

No. AssetFit helps you plan and record maintenance. Its reports show what you've recorded; they aren't an inspection, a valuation or a guarantee of a home's condition.
